Our email host recently made some changes to our server which is currently preventing access to new emails for customers using secure225.servconfig.com as the email server. This will affect customers who have a bookmarked login for WebMail to that address, as well as customers who use a third party email client (Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, etc.). In order to get access to new emails, please change your incoming/outgoing mail server to mail.colfaxnet.com.

Email Set-Up and Login

or change password.

Use the following information to set up your @ColfaxNet.com email address in your mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc. (not compatible with gmail or ymail).

  • Mail Server Type - Select Mail Server as a POP3 type.
  • Incoming and Outgoing Servers - Make sure the incoming and outgoing servers are set to "mail.colfaxnet.com" (without quotes). They DO NOT use SPA authentication.
  • Incoming and Outgoing Servers - Make sure the incoming and outgoing servers use SSL secure authentication.
  • Outgoing Mail Port - Change outgoing mail port to: 465
  • Incoming Mail Port - Change incoming mail port to: 995
  • Username and Password - Your username is your email (example@colfaxnet.com) and your password was defined earlier.
  • Changing Password/Password Recovery - You can change your password by CLICKING HERE or contacting our office. If you forgot your password, FILL OUT A SUPPORT REQUEST, or CALL US.
