Email Set-Up and Login

See information below on how to set up email on a new device
or change password.

Use the following information to set up your @ColfaxNet.com email address in your mail client such as Microsoft Outlook, Apple Mail, Mozilla Thunderbird, etc. (not compatible with gmail or ymail).

  • Mail Server Type - Select Mail Server as a POP3 type.
  • Incoming and Outgoing Servers - Make sure the incoming and outgoing servers are set to "secure225.servconfig.com" (without quotes). They DO NOT use SPA authentication.
  • Incoming and Outgoing Servers - Make sure the incoming and outgoing servers use SSL secure authentication.
  • Outgoing Mail Port - Change outgoing mail port to: 465
  • Incoming Mail Port - Change incoming mail port to: 995
  • Username and Password - Your username is your email (example@colfaxnet.com) and your password was defined earlier.
  • Changing Password/Password Recovery - You can change your password by CLICKING HERE or contacting our office. If you forgot your password, FILL OUT A SUPPORT REQUEST, or CALL US.
