Limiting personal interactions -This is one of the most effective ways to prevent the spread of the disease. We will try to limit on-site visits and ask customers to check out our troubleshooting page or contact us and troubleshoot remotely before we schedule an on-site visit.
PPE and sanitization for on-site calls - There are some instances where on-site calls are necessary and we want to assure those we visit that our technicians will work hard to sanitize their hands and equipment after every interaction. Even still, we encourage our technicians to maintain a 6 foot distance and not shake hands. Our primary goal is to keep everyone safe. If you would like our technicians to wear PPE such as gloves or masks, please request this upon scheduling an on-site call with our office.
Our technicians' health - We have instructed everyone at ColfaxNet to carefully monitor their health and look for symptoms of illness. Anyone who feels like they are sick or becoming sick has been requested to stay home. This extends to our customers as well, and if you are experiencing symptoms of sickness, please call us to reschedule.
What else can be done - ColfaxNet will do everything we can to help prevent the spread of the disease. We encourage people to call or email us with any questions or concerns regarding internet service or the steps we are taking in disease prevention.
